Some of the exercises in the Catch App will auto-populate with a specific weight based on your one rep max.
To enter your maxes tap on the profile tab at the bottom right of your app, then tap "Track Maxes."

Tap "Add New."

Enter your new maxes.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit save.
You're all set. The next time you perform exercises that you've entered maxes for, those exercises will auto-populate with recommended weights.
The most important exercises to test, or at least have a ballpark number are squat, barbell bench press, overhead press, incline bench press, and deadlift.
